Dave Scott and Julianna Baggott are a wonderful husband-wife team who look for ways to put books in the hands of children. Their charity organization, Kids in Need Books in Deed, has been collecting books and giving them to supervised visitation programs through the Clearinghouse since the fall of 2011. More than 4,000 books have been collected for families at supervised visitation. All of these books are given to children to keep!
Holy Comforter Episcopal School in Tallahassee recently completed a book drive; students students collected more than 1,200 books to give to the Clearinghouse for Florida’s supervised visitation programs. Karen Oehme will be distributing this round of books to programs at the SVN Conference in May.
