The Student Resilience Project is a web-based, research-informed toolkit developed to encourage students’ wellness by helping them learn to manage stress in healthy ways and increase their sense of belonging. The website features videos, skill-building activities, resources, and information -- including podcasts by campus experts.
In this course, you’ll gain a foundational understanding of what resilience really means. You’ll also explore simple, meaningful ways to care for yourself in mental, emotional, and physical ways. Along the way, you’ll learn techniques like grounding, journaling, and breathing exercises that can help you manage stress and strengthen your ability to adapt during challenging times.
Everything you’ll learn can be combined to create your own personalized resilience toolkit.
We also encourage students to explore the Student Resilience Toolkit, an evidence-informed journal that includes short, reflective activities and strategies. It is designed to be both calming and empowering, helping students build resilience at their own pace in ways that feel right for them.
