ITRS Resilience Resources
Over the past decade, the Institute for Trauma & Resilience Studies, along with our partners around campus, has been developing stress, coping, and resilience tools for our students. The resources comprise a “toolbox” of sorts that you can explore (for free) and use as best suited for you. They explore stress and coping approaches and share a deeper understanding of traumatic experiences and resilient responses that are available to us as human beings. These resources can be used on their own or can be combined with counseling and other helpful services.
